Well it starts from water sitting some place on the car.

The water starts to corrode the metal.

When you finally notice the rust on the outside of a car the inside

or under carriage of the car is already rusty.

I've been experiencing this with my own car.

There is a rust area forming on the side of my car.

When I asked the body shop about it I was told that it starts on the

inside and works its way out.

It got me to thinking about having rusty finances.

On paper it may appear that we should have it altogether with our

finances.
