Being single and dining alone                           

at home can be challenging. 

It is a sure sign that you are alone.

I have avoided sitting at my dining table.

I have a really nice dining room and table that I don't use.

The television has become my companion when dining alone.

Instead of eating at my dining table I would sit in front of the t.v. to eat my meals.

 I have come to realize that I dirty my living room dining alone in there.

It makes for extra cleaning of food crumbs.

I also don't give myself time to think or reflect on the day dining alone in front of the television.

My recordings on the dvr are my date when dining alone.

Starting today I'm going to start dining alone at the dinner table instead of in the living room.

Each time that I'm dining alone I will sit in a different sit at the table.

This may sound strange but each chair has a different view.

I won't wear out one chair.

I want to make use of my dining table.

It's time that I can use to spend with me.

I can enjoy my meal.

Savoy the taste of the food.

Just because you are single does not mean that you can not enjoy dining alone.

Put away your t.v. tray today.

Start using your dining room table.

Entertain yourself like you would if you have company.

Make dining alone your practice session for when you are in a relationship.

Eating at the table will be a normal activity.

You can entertain your companion in the living room.

No worring if you got up all the crumbs from dining alone.
